New look, new pages — here's how to get around. Part 1 of this series introduced the redesign. This time we take you on a proper tour of the menu and the pages behind it, so you always know exactly where to go — whether you're here to invest, to raise financing, or just to learn more before you decide.
One menu, everything in reach
The top menu is the backbone of the new Alixco. It groups the whole platform into clear sections: Home (your starting point), News (updates and announcements), Info (everything worth knowing before you invest), P2P and ECF (the two ways to invest), and SME Financing (for businesses raising capital). Sign in sits on the right. On a laptop it's a single tidy row across the top; on a phone it collapses into a compact menu, so the very same options are always one tap away. No more hunting through sub-pages to find what you need.
P2P — peer-to-peer investing
The P2P page is where investors browse peer-to-peer financing notes — loans to vetted businesses that pay you a return over a fixed term. Each redesigned card shows the essentials up front so you don't have to open a campaign to find them: funding amount, net and gross returns per annum, tenure, location, a risk score, and a live funding-progress bar. The risk score (for example B2, CAA2 or CAA3) gives you a quick read on how much risk a campaign carries — higher potential return usually means higher risk.
At the top of the page you can switch between All, Open and Funded campaigns, change the sort order, or search by name — so whether you want something available right now or you're researching past deals, you can get there in seconds.
ECF — equity crowdfunding
Prefer to own a piece of a company rather than lend to it? The ECF (equity crowdfunding) page is for you. Instead of earning a fixed return over a set term as with P2P, here you invest in a company's equity — you back its growth story and share in its potential upside. The page uses the same clean, easy-to-scan card layout, so you can explore and compare opportunities just as quickly. It's a different kind of investment with a different risk-and-reward profile, and having both P2P and ECF side by side lets you choose what fits your goals.
SME Financing — for businesses raising capital
Running a business and looking to raise capital? SME Financing is your entry point. It explains how Malaysian SMEs can raise funds from the Alixco community — through P2P financing or equity crowdfunding — and points you to the right next step. If you're an issuer, this is where your journey begins; we'll cover it in much more detail in a dedicated post later in this series.
News & Info — everything else worth knowing
The News page — where you're reading this right now — keeps you up to date with platform updates, new campaign announcements and company news. It's worth checking in regularly, especially over the next two weeks as this series continues.
The Info menu gathers the background you might want before committing your money. You'll find About Us (who we are), Why Alixco (what makes the platform different), Investor Benefits and Issuer Benefits (what's in it for each side), P2P and ECF (how the two options compare), a full FAQ, and Events. If you're new to Alixco, these pages are a great place to start.
Try it yourself
The best way to get comfortable is simply to click around. Everything is where you'd expect it to be, the layout is consistent from page to page, and it all behaves the same on your phone. Take a couple of minutes to explore — then come back for the next post, where we dive into the new ROI calculator.
