Recruitment is still often slow, fragmented and dependent on manual processes. Hirix is building an AI-native recruitment ecosystem designed to streamline the journey from talent sourcing and resume screening to interviewing, verification and hiring recommendations.

The platform brings together specialised AI capabilities, including an AI Recruiter, AI Resume Analyser, AI Interviewer, AI Verifier and AI Assistant. Hirix states that its verification workflow can cross-check areas such as employment history, education, professional licences, digital presence, legal/compliance information and references, designed to support employers in making more informed hiring decisions.

Hirix is targeting companies and recruitment partners looking for a more integrated alternative to using multiple recruitment tools and service providers. Its business model combines SaaS subscriptions with recruitment-related service revenue, and the company reports approximately USD25,000 in monthly recurring revenue within its first 16 months of operations, with 13 clients onboarded.

The company is expected to launch an Equity Crowdfunding campaign on Alixco soon. The upcoming campaign will provide investors with access to the company’s official fundraising materials, business information, terms and risk disclosures.
